Life transitions, including motherhood, marriage, new school are just a few examples of events in life that are often challenging. Therapy is an effective method of providing additional support to help these life transitions seem less daunting and more doable. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, couple's issues, adolescents, & men's issues. I work primarily from a CBT & interpersonal framework focusing on understanding the different relationships in your life, your thoughts, and how they all shape your view of the world and your presenting concern. By understanding how our experiences affect our day-to-day life, we can learn to exert influence over them and manage much more comfortably. In therapy, you can expect to think and feel in new ways that will help you live a more fulfilling life

Emily and Louie
Emily and Louie are both licensed psychologists and are grateful to be providing services to their home town of Oceanside, CA. They are both graduates of Oceanside High School, Cal State San Marcos, and earned their doctoral degrees from Indiana University.
They have been married over 13 years and enjoy providing therapy services. Emily specializes in working with women across the perinatal spectrum, anxiety, depression, college students, and adolescents. Louie specializes in working with anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, college students, esports, and men's issues. Both Emily and Louie share an easy-going, empathetic, interpersonal therapy style.
